Valora Community Terms
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of Social, the investor community inside the Valora app, where users share posts, comments, images, polls and portfolio insights. Social is a feature of the Valora app: it is not a separate service and cannot be used without the app. By creating your Social profile, you enter into a binding agreement with Krayir Labs, the operator of Valora ("Valora", "we"). Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.
This page reproduces the terms that are shown in the app when you create your community profile. The version shown in the app at the moment you accept is the version you agree to.
1. Eligibility and your account
You may use Social only if you are legally able to enter into this agreement where you live (in Turkey, 18 years of age). You may have one Social profile. The information in your profile must not be misleading, and you must not impersonate any person, company, public authority or Valora staff. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.
2. You are responsible for your content
You alone are responsible for everything you share on Social: posts, comments, images, polls, portfolio snapshots, your display name, bio and avatar. Any legal, civil and criminal liability arising from your content or conduct rests with you. You confirm that you hold the rights needed to share your content and that it does not violate the law or the rights of others. Do not share other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
3. Not investment advice
Content on Social reflects the personal opinions of its authors. It is not investment advice, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Investment information, comments and recommendations here are not within the scope of investment advisory services, which are provided only by authorized institutions under a contract. Valora does not verify user content, portfolio figures or performance claims, and past performance does not predict future results. Do your own research and make your own decisions; you may lose money.
4. Market integrity
You must not spread false, misleading or unfounded information, rumors or comments to influence prices or other investors (information-based market manipulation under Article 107 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362), organize pump-and-dump schemes or coordinated trading calls, share inside information, or offer investment advisory, portfolio management, paid signals, VIP groups or other capital market activities without a license (Article 109 of Law No. 6362). If you hold a position in an asset you write about, or you are paid or otherwise rewarded to promote it, you must say so clearly in the same post.
5. Other prohibited content and conduct
You must not share content that is illegal or that includes: fraud, scams or phishing; requests for passwords, recovery phrases or private keys; promises of guaranteed returns; spam, advertising, fundraising or referral links; harassment, insults, hate speech, threats or incitement to violence; sexual content, and in particular any content that sexualizes minors, which we remove and report to the authorities; other people's private information; content that infringes intellectual property. You must not use multiple accounts or automation, artificially inflate likes, votes or followers, circumvent a restriction, spread malware, scrape the service or interfere with its security. The Community Guidelines explain these rules in practice and are part of this agreement.
6. The license you grant us
You keep ownership of your content. You grant Valora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example resize, compress, strip metadata or render links as plain text), translate automatically, display and distribute your content within Valora services and to promote Social, for as long as the content is on Social and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, legal obligations and disputes. Other users can view your public content and see automatic translations of it.
7. Moderation
We use automated tools, including text classification, image analysis, recognition of text in images, duplicate and spam detection and matching against known illegal images, together with human review. Automated systems may act on their own: they may hold or remove content and place an account under review. Moderators review these decisions and can reverse them. Depending on the case, we may remove content or limit its visibility, put your account under review, restrict you to read-only use, or suspend your Social access temporarily or permanently. Repeated violations lead to stricter measures. We do not monitor all content in advance and are not responsible for content posted by users.
8. Reasons, reports and appeals
When we act on your content or account, we notify you in the app with the measure taken, its duration, the reason and how to appeal, unless the law prevents us from doing so. You can report content in the app; anyone, including people without an account, can report illegal content by email. We handle reports carefully and objectively and tell reporters the outcome. You can appeal a decision in the app within six months; appeals are decided by a human moderator. You may also go to the competent courts at any time. Our moderation and transparency notice describes this process in detail.
9. Authorities and legal requests
We comply with decisions of courts and competent authorities, including removal and access-blocking decisions under Law No. 5651. We may preserve your data and share it with competent authorities when the law requires it. Where content suggests a threat to someone's life or safety, or involves child sexual abuse, we inform the competent authorities.
10. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and the Community Data Notice, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other applicable data protection laws. This includes your Social profile, content, interactions, reports, moderation records and your acceptance of these terms. Your public content is visible to other users. We keep the record of your acceptance as evidence for up to ten years after your account is deleted.
11. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time. Your posts, comments and profile are then removed. Replies from other users to your comments remain, and your comment is shown as deleted without your name. Records we must keep by law or to resolve disputes, such as moderation records and the record of your acceptance, are kept for the required period.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Social is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that content, prices, portfolio figures or automatic translations are accurate, complete or up to date, or that Social will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, Valora is not liable for any loss, including investment losses, arising from content shared by users or from decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights that cannot be waived under consumer law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will compensate Valora for claims, fines and reasonable costs brought by third parties or authorities that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change affects your rights or obligations, we will let you know in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new version, you can stop using Social and delete your account; if you keep using Social after the change takes effect, the new version applies to you.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, remain unaffected.
16. Contact
For questions about these terms, to report illegal content or to contact us as an authority, write to help@krayir.xyz. Correspondence is accepted in English.
Note: You accept these terms in the app when you create your community profile. We store which version you accepted, when, and in which language.
