Community Guidelines

The Valora Community is a space in which investors exchange views on markets, assets and portfolios. So that all members may benefit from it, contributions must be relevant, accurate and respectful. These guidelines form part of the Valora Community Terms, and every member of the community agrees to comply with them.

In summary: contributions must concern investing, be accurate, respect other members and mislead no one.

1. Topic: investing and finance

The community is intended for discussion of stocks, funds, ETFs, crypto assets, commodities, currencies, macroeconomics, personal finance and portfolio management.

Permitted contributions

Analysis of an asset, the interpretation of a chart or an assessment of the news
A portfolio, trades and the reasoning behind investment decisions
Questions, polls and discussion topics addressed to other investors

Prohibited contributions

Content unrelated to investing or finance
Repeated publication of the same post, or posts without substance
Advertising for other platforms, channels or services

Links are not actionable in the community. Where a source is to be cited, it is sufficient to name it.

2. Politics

Political subjects that directly affect investing, such as taxation, interest rates, regulation or the market impact of an election, may be discussed. Party propaganda, election campaigning, ideological debate and attacks on persons on account of their political views are not permitted.

3. Market integrity and misleading content

Infringements of this section result in the strictest measures and, where required, in a report to the competent authorities.

Market manipulation is prohibited. Members must not disseminate false, misleading or unfounded information, rumours or comments in order to influence prices, organise pump-and-dump schemes or publish coordinated buy or sell calls.
Falsified performance is prohibited. Members must not invent or distort portfolio returns, trades or profits.
Fabricated information is prohibited. Members must not publish false news or claims concerning companies, institutions or persons.
Inside information is prohibited. Members must not disclose non-public information capable of affecting prices.
Assurances of gain are prohibited. Statements such as "guaranteed return" or "this will certainly rise" are misleading.
Interests must be disclosed. A member who holds a position in an asset discussed, or who receives any benefit for promoting it, must state this clearly in the same post.

4. Not investment advice

Posts in the community represent the personal opinions of their authors and do not constitute investment advice. Investment advice may be provided only by authorised firms on a contractual basis.

Paid signals, VIP groups, portfolio management and advisory services may not be offered without a licence.
Members must not present themselves as licensed professionals, institutions or staff of Valora.
All content should be verified through independent research; investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the member.

5. Advertising, referral codes and spam

Advertising for products, services, channels or groups is not permitted.
Invitation codes, referral codes and fundraising requests are not permitted.
Artificial inflation of likes, votes or followers is not permitted.
The use of multiple accounts and publication by automated means are not permitted.

6. AI-generated content

Artificial-intelligence tools may be used, subject to the following conditions:

The member remains responsible for the accuracy of the content published and must verify it before publication.
The mass production and automated publication of content is not permitted.
An analysis produced by artificial intelligence must not be presented as the member's own original research.
Fabricated images or text imitating real persons or events must not be published.

7. Respectful behavior

Differing opinions are what make the community valuable; the subject of debate is the argument and not the person. The following are not permitted:

Insults, humiliation, harassment, threats and bullying
Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics
Publication of the personal information of others (full name, address, telephone number, workplace and similar) without their permission
Deliberate provocation, trolling or disruption of discussions
Sexual content; any content involving minors is removed immediately and reported to the authorities
Violent content or content that glorifies violence
Purporting to act on behalf of another person, company, institution or of Valora
Use of another account in order to circumvent a measure or a suspension

8. Stay safe from scams

Passwords, recovery phrases (seed phrases), private keys and verification codes must never be requested or disclosed.
Offers of the type "send funds and they will be returned multiplied" are fraudulent.
Valora will never request a password or a payment through the community.

Suspicious posts should be reported.

9. Support requests and feedback

Problems with the application, defect reports and suggestions belong in the feedback section of the application or in an email to the address below, and not in the community feed. Such posts may be removed from the feed so that the matter can be dealt with more quickly.

10. Reporting content

A post or comment may be reported using the Report option in its menu.
Reports are examined diligently and objectively, and the reporting party is informed of the outcome.
Any party, including persons without an account, may report illegal content to help@krayir.xyz.
Where the life of a person is in danger or a child is at risk, the competent authorities should also be contacted directly.

11. How moderation works

In order to protect the community, automated tools (text and image analysis, recognition of text within images, duplicate and spam detection, and matching against known illegal images) are combined with human review. Automated systems may withhold content before publication or remove it; every automated decision is reviewed by a moderator and reversed where it proves incorrect. Content is not reviewed in its entirety before publication, which is why reports from members are important. Further details are set out in the moderation and transparency notice.

12. Measures

Depending on the gravity of the infringement and whether it is repeated, the following measures may be applied:

Removal of content: the post, comment, image or profile detail infringing the rules is removed or its visibility is limited.
Review hold: until the review of the content is completed, the account may not publish or interact, but may continue to read the community.
Read-only measure: for a defined period the account may not publish, comment, like, vote, follow or report, but may continue to view content.
Suspension: access to the community is withdrawn temporarily or permanently.

In the case of serious infringements (market manipulation, fraud, content involving minors or serious threats), an account may be suspended permanently without a prior warning. Repeated infringements result in progressively stricter measures. Where a measure is applied, the member is informed in the application of the measure taken, its duration, the reasons for it and the means of appeal, unless disclosure is prohibited by law.

13. Appeals

A decision may be contested in the application within six months of the corresponding notification.
Appeals are decided by a moderator, and the appellant is informed of the result.
Where a decision proves incorrect, the content is restored and the measure is lifted.
Recourse to the competent courts remains available at all times.

14. Changes to these guidelines

These guidelines may be updated as the community develops. The current version is always published on this page.
